letter to the teacher of ISWM Sunday school
Dear respected Teachers,
Brothers and sisters
· As we start a new Sunday school with the full hope to make a step more toward success and help our selves and community for the sake of Allah
· The main and general goal for Sunday school is: we want to please Allah and follow his order.
· The Specific goal of Sunday school is: teaching people how to read Qur'aan and teaching Islamic rules and morals

With the formar main goal:
· The specific goal for this year we must work for is:
The Messenger student
Love of the Masjid
Better teaching
Peacfull and joyfull environment
Emphasis:
Teacher is the most important part in the teaching prosess:
Niyyah or intention: it is purely to serve Allah's Deen and work for His sake and working as a team for the blessing and Mercy of Allah is for those who work, sincerely, as a team for The sake of Allah ONLY.
Action:
We believe, the following steps, must taking seriously to succeed:
· Set ahead of time, the specific goals of the lessons you want to teach on Sundays, based on the year calendar (goals are, generally are the titles of the book teach).
· At the end of Sunday school , try to look at the goal of next Sunday, prepare the means and style to achieve the goal throughout the week, that you can formant the idea and means, and do not forget, the trouble maker students, when you do it.
· give the goals of every month to the Sunday school administration to help admistration to do their work properly and pass by the classes to test children achievement.
· be the role model for the student in all aspects: (wearing, speaking and manners), beacouse students learn by seen more than by listening to you
· do not to wear distracting clothes or adornment or perfume
· stay with your student till they finish zuhur prayer
· help us by reading a Monthly suggested book.
· An e-mail group, for teacher, to be established for free discussion and information
· A blog, also, must be established for free discussion and critics.
· the best teacher of the month, (suggested idea)
Teacher guidnace:
1. Teachers are committed to students and their learning
2. Teachers know the subjects they teach and how to teach those subjects to students.
3. Teachers are responsible for managing and monitoring student learning.
4. Teachers think systematically about their practice and learn from experience.
5. Teachers are members of learning communities
